Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or installing a ProEA expert advisor, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. ProEA is operated by ProEA Quant Ltd, registered in Singapore (Co. No. 202412345).
2. License grant
ProEA grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run the purchased EA on the number of MT5 accounts permitted by your tier (Starter: 1, Pro: 3, Lifetime: unlimited; All-Access: unlimited across all 6 EAs while subscription is active).
3. Restrictions
You may not resell, sublicense, decompile, or reverse-engineer any EA. You may not redistribute the .ex5 binaries or share license keys with other users. Violations result in license revocation without refund.
4. Refund policy
Refer to our Refund Policy. In short: 30-day full refund, no questions asked, on per-EA purchases and All-Access subscriptions.
5. Risk acknowledgment
Trading CFDs and derivatives carries substantial risk and may result in the loss of all invested capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. ProEA provides software, not investment advice.
6. Limitation of liability
ProEA's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months, capped at $5,000. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or trading losses.
7. Termination
You may delete your account anytime via /account/delete (PDPA-compliant cascade). We may terminate access for violations after written notice.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes go through SIAC arbitration in Singapore. Questions? Email legal@proea.app or use the in-app support widget.
